Cialis® Together tablets are a treatment for adult men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction). This is when a man cannot get or keep an erection hard enough for satisfactory sexual activity.

Cialis® Together tablets contain the active substance tadalafil. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood flow into your penis. It is important to know that you will not get an erection just by taking Cialis® Together tablets. This medicine works with your body’s natural function to get an erection only when you are sexually stimulated.

Cialis® Together starts working from 30 minutes after taking. So take it at least 30 minutes before sex, although there’s no rush to the bedroom. You have up to 36hrs to respond naturally to your partner, only when stimulated. So you can decide when the moment is right. After ejaculation your erection will subside as normal.

No, you will not get an erection just by taking Cialis® Together tablets. This medicine will only work whenever you are sexually aroused over the course of up to 36hrs. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay – it does not work when you are not aroused.

This medicine will help you get an erection only if you are sexually aroused. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for Erectile Dysfunction.

Remember to relax and be patient. There is no rush. If you are not successful the first time, try to have sex again, but remember you can only take 1 tablet a day. For most men, Cialis® Together tablets will work the first or second time they try it. If it has been some time since you were able to get or keep an erection, it may take several attempts before you are able to achieve an erection.

If you feel the effect of Cialis® Together tablets is too strong or too weak, or if you have taken Cialis® Together tablets as directed and are still not able to get and keep an erection, talk to your pharmacist or GP.

Take Cialis® Together as needed, “on demand”, ensuring no more than one tablet a day. It is not recommended to use Cialis Together continuously on a daily basis. Talk to your doctor if you feel you need to take this medicine every day, as there may be other options more suitable in such case.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects. They are normally mild to moderate in nature, and most men won’t get any of them. However, if you experience sudden wheeziness, difficulty breathing or dizziness, swelling of the eyelids, face, lips or throat, rashes, chest pains, painful erection lasting longer than 4 hours, sudden decrease or loss of vision, or flu-like symptoms with painful rash that spreads and blisters, seek medical help immediately.

Cialis® Together (tadalafil) starts working from 30 minutes after taking and gives you a longer window than sildenafil to respond naturally to your partner when sexually aroused. While sildenafil gives you up to 4hrs, Cialis® Together can be effective for up to 36hrs. Much more time for you and your partner to play, relax, and be spontaneous.

You can get an erection, when sexually stimulated, from 30 minutes and up to 36hrs after taking one Cialis® Together tablet. You can also take your time if you’d like. You have up to a day and a half to play with.

If you are taking other medicines, talk to your pharmacist as certain medicines could interact with Cialis® Together and can’t be taken. Do not take Cialis® Together with nitrate medicines or other ED medicines. And avoid sexual enhancement products when taking Cialis® Together. Yes, in moderation. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can temporarily reduce your ability to get an erection. To get the maximum benefit from your medicine, you are advised not to drink large amounts of alcohol before sexual activity.
